DivineMarg1 collects only the details you share with us to provide a consultation, deliver a product or digital resource, or reply to an enquiry — typically your name, WhatsApp number, email, city, date of birth and any documents you choose to send (handwriting, signature, photos, floor plans). These details are used only for the service you asked for. They are kept private, are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing, and are shared with courier partners only where a physical order needs shipping. All consultations, remedies, digital resources and products offered by DivineMarg1 are for guidance, personal development, spiritual practice and educational use. They do not replace medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed. Decisions you take after a consultation remain your own responsibility. Prices shown are in Indian Rupees. Where a price says "starting from" or "ask current price", the final amount is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

Consultations: a booked consultation can be rescheduled by messaging us on WhatsApp before the scheduled time. Once a consultation has been delivered, or a report has been prepared and shared, the fee is non-refundable. Digital resources: because PDFs and audio files cannot be returned once shared, digital purchases are non-refundable after delivery. If a file is missing or unreadable, message us and we will resend it. Physical products: if an item arrives damaged, send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Crystals, Rudraksha, yantras and other physical products are shipped across India. Shipping charges, packaging and expected delivery time are confirmed on WhatsApp when your order is placed. Natural products vary in colour, size and shape; the item you receive may differ slightly from the photograph. Wholesale and bulk orders are quoted and shipped separately — message us for the current terms.

Digital PDFs, notes and audio resources are shared on WhatsApp or by email, generally within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation unless otherwise mentioned. Digital material is licensed for the purchaser's personal use only. Please do not resell, redistribute or publicly share it.
